About Courtney

Courtney brings more than 15 years of sales experience, starting with a background in pathology billing that included the successful reconciliation of millions in billing errors for her previous organization, as well as the sale of self-funded health and welfare plans for third-party administrators. Since joining ImagineSoftware, Courtney has played a pivotal role in the company’s expansion into the Pathology, Anesthesia, and Emergency Medicine markets, helping establish Imagine as a recognized industry leader across these specialties. Her expertise and leadership have contributed to significant operational and financial successes. Today, as Vice President of Sales, she collaborates closely with partners and vendors to strengthen strategic relationships, provide ongoing guidance and education, and support the continued development of Imagine’s core product suite. Courtney earned her degree in Psychology from Belmont Abbey College. She is also deeply involved in industry leadership through the Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA), where she serves on the Board of Directors, co-chairs the Membership and Marketing Committee, and founded the EMerging Leaders Academy.
