About Jessica

Jessica Chasteen is an invaluable member of the ImagineSoftware team. She joined the company in 2011 as the HR Coordinator and has since become the Chief People Officer. Jessica is responsible for a wide range of talent management activities and initiatives, such as recruiting and onboarding new employees, developing employee retention strategies, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and implementing HR technology solutions.

Jessica has overseen the exponential growth of the company from 40 employees to over 200 during her tenure and has managed the integration of several acquisitions. She has been instrumental in creating a positive and productive working environment for the employees of the company and has introduced numerous benefits and programs that are aimed at improving employee health and well-being such as a 401(K), EAP, wellness programs, and leadership development opportunities.

Jessica received her degree in Leadership from the University of Delaware and has several Human Resource certifications to her name. With her expertise and leadership, ImagineSoftware is well-positioned for continued growth and success.
