When he joined the company in 2012, Kurtis took on the role of Technical Support representative and quickly impressed the leadership team with his thoughtful and compassionate approach to customer service. As a result of his dedication and success, Kurtis was most recently promoted to Chief Client Officer in 2019, a role that ensures our clients are receiving the best possible service.

Kurtis has an impressive 11 years of healthcare experience under his belt, ranging from health systems and their implementation to performance improvement and client centered strategy development. His wealth of experience combined with his strategic vision help him create long-term value for our clients through innovative solutions and excellent customer service.

Kurtis graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Computer Software Technology and continues to stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our clients are receiving the best care possible.
