Nick DiCristo is an experienced and highly entrepreneurial executive who has been involved in the founding of three companies in North Carolina. In 1994, Gameday Distribution was founded by DiCristo as a top distributor for the NTN Network. As Vice President, he led it from just a handful of accounts in 1995 to hundreds of accounts in three states. The proceeds of the sale were used to found ClickCom Inc., a successful internet solutions company, which served more than 10,000 clients over 16 years. Subsequently, he co-founded Police Reports LLC, which distributed accident reports nationwide and provided a revenue source for Police Departments. This software company achieved over 800 accounts before being sold to Lexus Nexus in 2013.
