With profound expertise in high-volume transactions within the manufacturing, financial, and insurance sectors, Sam founded ImagineSoftware with a mission to revolutionize the field of revenue cycle management.

With an illustrious career spanning multiple decades, Sam has been instrumental in transforming markets for various business solutions. In the healthcare technology space, he is renowned for his ability to consolidate complex processes into efficient, single-system solutions through innovation and an unwavering dedication to excellence. His expertise in systems integration, process efficiency, and imaging systems has positioned ImagineSoftware as the leader in revenue cycle management (RCM) with the successful development and commercialization of over 25 software products, today serving a staggering 300 million American patients annually across all 50 states. Widely recognized for advancing contributions to the medical revenue cycle management systems field, Sam pioneered Patent No. 11,398,300 B2 as granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the invention of a medical diagnostic platform based in predictive coding and capable of extrapolating predictions of diagnoses, treatments, and estimated costs based on a variety of factors. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Sam further advanced his skills by completing a Master’s in Intelligence Studies at the American Military University.
