In his role, Gontarek will lead key platform automation initiatives to further innovate the revenue cycle through artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Gontarek has over thirty years' experience using technology to bring efficiencies to healthcare business operations. Prior to joining ImagineSoftware, Rob served as President and CEO for Aidéo Technologies, developing AI-driven solutions and automated coding in the healthcare space. Gontarek has also served as CEO for other revenue cycle management organizations, including Meridian Medical Management and Diagnostic Health Corporation, providing healthcare business analytics, robotics and revenue cycle management services to large, complex multi-specialty and academic practice plans. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Western Governors University.
