ImagineSoftware is proud to announce that it has been selected as the 2026 Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA) Vendor Service Award winner, recognizing the company’s commitment and contributions to the HBMA community.

HBMA recognizes members each year for their contributions to the association and the broader healthcare revenue cycle community. The Vendor Service Award specifically recognizes a Vendor Member that contributes time and resources to HBMA’s ongoing development, encourages participation in association meetings and educational programs, and volunteers beyond expectations.

For ImagineSoftware, the recognition reflects something that has long been central to our approach: being an active participant in the healthcare revenue cycle community, not simply a technology provider.

Supporting the RCM Community Beyond Technology

Healthcare revenue cycle management continues to evolve rapidly as organizations navigate increasing payer complexity, workforce pressures, regulatory changes, and the growing role of automation and artificial intelligence.

ImagineSoftware is also currently represented on HBMA’s Vendor Affiliate Advisory Committee, which serves as a communications link between HBMA and its vendor community and supports vendor participation across HBMA programs and conferences.

Being named the HBMA Vendor Service Award winner is especially meaningful because the award extends beyond products, platforms, or business performance. Its criteria center on participation, service, and investment in the association and its members.

Those principles closely align with how ImagineSoftware approaches its relationships throughout the industry. For more than two decades, ImagineSoftware has worked alongside healthcare organizations and revenue cycle professionals to understand the operational challenges they face and develop technology that helps address them.
